ALL WELCOME!!!
We will be running an extended Elite/fight class this Bank Holiday Monday (26th August between 5pm and 7pm), it’s a great opportunity to experience an elite training session. In the 2hr class we cover, fitness, techniques, conditioning and sparring.
We don’t charge for this class, we simply split the cost of the hall between those who attend.
