At Shentie we pride ourselves on not only teaching a skill for life, but also helping improve children's concentration, social skills, self discipline and focus at school.
Shentie is a unique mixture of Karate, Kickboxing and Kung Fu. In Chinese, Shentie means unrestricted, open minded which is how Shentie was created.
