Our fully trained Shentie instructors bring together their experience to train you to fight in the ring.
Our Seniors Fight Factory is a ‘no nonsense’ One and half hour class which will take students to the next level of fight skills and fitness.
Students must be over 12 years up to adult. Every Friday at 7pm for the 1.5 Hour class.
Classes are £10 per student, payment on arrival.
Starting at 6pm every Friday, this class is designed for students up to the 12 years old who want to enhance their existing skills to fight in the ring. Simply book your class online and join the team.
