Outdoor classes

At 6pm every Tuesday, Thursday and 9.45am & 10.45 Sunday, we will be running our outdoor classes. These classes are ideal for building fitness and conditioning. Master Lee or one of our expert instructors will lead the strictly 6 person, socially distanced class.

Students will benefit from these very small classes, with a 1-2-1 experience with Master Lee and other expert instructors. To take part students must be over 8 years.

You can only pre book these classes and are strictly limited to comply with government guidelines.

While we’re operating outdoor classes we will be monitoring fair usage so all our students get an opportunity to train. If outdoor classes are successful we will look at rolling out more.

Classes are 45 minutes long and cost £5.45. Book your class below and read the information about attending.
