Taig is our Communications Director. Starting his training with Shentie in 2016, to his own admission not the youngest starter at the club. Taig undertook a path to teach Shentie to Black belt level. Today, Taig leads our Sunday Heston class and supports the Shentie Fight Factory.

As a seasoned 24 hr ultra-distance runner and with over 15 years experience in endurance training, his experience has helped him become a valued member of our teaching and leadership team.

Taig currently concentrates his efforts on developing the club and teaching our young fighters to reach their training and competition goals
