Spring Grading Cancelled

All Students, Parents & Guardians

With the continued spread of Covid-19 we felt it important to reassure you that we are taking sensible precautions to minimise the potential impact on our students, classes, instructors and support teams.

As a consequence, we are cancelling this year’s Spring Grading (Saturday 21st March). Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, but student safety is our highest priority. We will, however from this Saturday (21st March) be grading students in class.

If you have not registered to grade as yet, please speak to your lead instructor as you may wish to take this opportunity. We please ask for your patience while we put these plans in place.

Please be assured we are taking sensible precautions at this time.

🔶 Please do not attempt to shake hands with each other, please bow, which is traditional etiquette that our students are familiar with
🔶 There is currently no sparring permitted in classes, please do not bring your pads to class, this will avoid congestion at our venues
🔶 Where we accept cash, please bring the correct money to avoid unnecessary contact
🔶 At all venues, please leave immediately after class, no gathering in the receptions at any of our venues
🔶 Please practice good hygiene, washing hands and use of sanitiser where available.

While there will almost certainly be some disruption in the weeks and possibly months ahead, we are committed to doing our utmost to run all our classes and events safely.

Our leadership team are still closely following and ensuring they stay up to date with the daily bulletins coming from Public Health England and Sport England.

If you have any questions please email us on info@shentie.co.uk or speak to your lead instructor.

Thank you for all your support.
